  • Equitable Interest: Immediately upon signing, EVANG gains an “equitable interest” in the property. This gives us legal standing in the deal before closing.
  • Assignment Rights: As an investment firm, we have choices. We may finalize the purchase ourselves. Alternatively, we might assign our equitable interest (our rights to the contract) to a third-party investment partner.

Step 4: Due Diligence & Access Rights Our agreement includes specific access rights. We need these to validate our contract acquisition interest.

  • Multiple Parties: We may assign our interest or use private capital. Therefore, we require access for multiple parties. Partners, contractors, or assignees must view the property.
  • Validation: These walk-throughs verify the scope of work. Furthermore, they confirm the contract is viable.

Nature of Transaction EVANG is a real estate investment firm. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • We acquire an equitable interest in properties through valid Purchase Contracts.
