Evang operates exclusively as a real estate home buyer. Our services are limited to evaluating properties, communicating with property owners, and making potential purchase offers for residential real estate for EVANG or EVANG Investors

Evang is not a real estate brokerage, does not act as an agent, broker, or fiduciary, and does not represent buyers or sellers in a brokerage or advisory capacity unless expressly agreed to in writing.

All information provided through the Website or communications is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

3. NO RELIANCE; NO GUARANTEES

You acknowledge and agree that you do not rely on any statements, estimates, opinions, timelines, valuations, or communications from Evang as guarantees, representations, or promises of outcome, value, timing, or performance.

Any potential offers, discussions, or communications are non-binding unless and until set forth in a fully executed written agreement.

4. NO AGENCY OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP
